I am using 2 Pentium 4 1.8GHZ computers networked as a peer workgroup TCPIP/Linksys Router.
When I use the Regular version of Virtualdub v1.4.12 and choose to save the AVI on a:
Local Drive = Works
Network Drive = Works
When I use the P4 Optimized version of VD and choose to save the AVI on a:
Local Drive = Works
Network Drive = PROGRAM FREEZE
Not sure if it might be my own network issue or if other people are having it.
I thought I would take a chance & report this one. Just a few days ago I thought I was going crazy when VD wouldn't save my image sequence to a specific directory. I thought it must just be me and didn't report it. I now see that it was a bug, which has been fixed. Thanks.
