I've been getting constant crashes with VirtualDub for some time now. The crash can easily be reproduced by using the F2 key to reload the avs script, but it also seems to occur when I first seek forward, then seek backward for some frames.

The crashinfo.txt can be downloaded here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzeF_1syec...iew?usp=sharing

I've tried cleaning up my system for excessive MSVC redistributable packages (had many, many of those installed..) but no help.

I get the crash with MPEG2Source or DGSource as the only items in the script so it could be Avisynth itself..the weird thing is that it has done this only fairly recently. I used to use the September 2013 MT build of Avisynth without any issues but now it's crashing as well.

Is there any way to debug or should I try the D9 forums?

Too many possibilities

Could be a software problem

Very infrequently things like memory stick starting to fail can cause similar errors
Ruling out memory errors is fairly easy http://www.memtest.org/

Could be a bad source file that's causing a cascade of errors

Otherwise you'd be better off asking at D9 I guess
