I have always found that background processing is better than normal foreground. As an example while compressing with 7zip when select Background on the small compression window while compressing. The compression performance and speed increases or is much better for doing so. A switch on the small encoding progress window to manually control while encoding

Also would be nice to have an option or setting for the small encoding window to have pre disabled always for these three below since processing is improved when no video frames are shown with a black screen while encoding. This automatically happens with batch jobs although not yet when no batch jobs encoding manually

Show Input Video
Show Output Video
Show decompressed Video

For Video Full Compression (without smart render) but for other modes also where this can be applied

Also for all above when manual encoding when not batch job encoding
Also for all above when batch job encoding to do so automatically or by using set settings (the later having more control)
