In VirtualDub's "capture mode", the Video > Capture filter ... > "Video Standard" is not remembered after doing a reboot of the computer.
It is a little strange that the "Video standard"-setting lasts when you quit "capture mode" and even when you exit VirtualDub.
But, something makes that - after a reboot of the computer - this setting returns to "NTSC_M".
