Compression or no compression my captures keep having the same bugs;

-Shows extremely few frames, until it freezes at one, very slow
-Videos stop at random times, whenever they do they seem to be between 30 seconds to 2 minutes
-The audio plays from most of video but it starts extremely slow and builds up to hyper-speed and is insanely distorted.
-This is the first time any of this has happened, before my old hard drive crashed virtual dub was working fine.

It's on default installed settings, like it was pre-hard drive failure.

Any help? And by the way, here are some video samples of what it's done to my recordings from my device.

Which, for reference if it matters, is a Sabrent VDGRBR 2.0

Wrong, forget this last post. The issue is still relevant. Well I though I fixed it again, and it failed me once more. Basically, I got the settings right and one capture actually worked, but just lately the next time I set it up the exact same way, that same capture did not work, and had the issues I've been having of super speed distorted audio and laggy + buggy visuals. Any recommendations for what I can do?

And here's a video sample of my problem :

Also good to note that.. for some whatever reason, after 1 minute, this usually calms down if not fixes it's self. Always right after the one minute mark. But there still tend to be many buggy video and audio issues beyond that, just never as severe.

I'm a true newbie with this. Before my drive crashed, (and it got replacements of any iffy parts, but with the very same parts, just new units) virtual dub worked without tweaking anything perfectly. So I really don't understand it's troubles now.
