Very strange situation with speed of coding.
OS Windows XP SP3
Video Adapter - nVIDIA GeForce GT 430 (Asus ENGT430)
Driver nVIDIA 314.07-desktop-winxp-32bit-english-whql
Virtual Dub 1.10.3 (build 35390)
Codec DivX 6.9.2

I encode a movie with the size of a frame 1920x816.
Speed of coding around 4-5 fps.
Has updated the driver of the videocard to version 320.49-desktop-winxp-32bit-international-whql.
After that speed of coding slowly began to be reduced.
In 10 hours it has smoothly decreased with 4 to 0,77 fps.
Processing thred priority changes nothing.
Loading on CPU 20-49 %
In 14 hours it has smoothly decreased to 0,64 fps.
In 19 hours it has smoothly decreased to 0,56 fps.

On August, 15th 2013 has replaced the videocard on nVidia MSI GTX 560
Driver 320.49-desktop-winxp-32bit-english-whql
Has changed nothing. The same behaviour.

On August, 18th, 2013 has checked up with different versions of drivers.
Here result:
Speed of coding does not fall:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
307.90 Desktop XP 32bit english whql
310.90 desktop winxp 32bit english whql
314.07-desktop winxp 32bit english whql
314.22 desktop winxp 32bit international whql
Speed of coding falls:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
320.18-desktop-winxp-32bit-english-whql
320.49-desktop-winxp-32bit-english-whql

On September, 19th, 2013 has updated the driver of the videocard to the version
327.23-desktop-winxp-32bit-international-whql.exe.
Again coding is fulfilled quickly and stablly.
2 days checked coding with the new driver.
The solution of a problem has occupied 59 days.
