Look here: http://forums.virtualdub.org/index.php?act...=ST&f=7&t=19488
You need the QuickTime plugin by fccHandler to open mp4 files and the AAC acm codec to decode the AAC audio.
PS: If you use the 32-bit VirtualDub you need the 32-bit version of plugins and codecs instead if you use the 64-bit VirtualDub you need the 64-bit version of plugins and codecs.
