Hello, I have a time problem.
I captured a video with virtual dub and wanted to use it as surveillance of my office !!
I started the video at exactly 16:00 h and as I came back I stopped it at 18:24 h. Now there is a problem, the total duration of the video is only 1:59 minutes !!!!!
As i started the video at 16 and stopped at 18:24, the video should be 2.24 minutes ! What happened with the other 24 minutes of the video ? I entered also the proporties of the file and there it is written under "details": starting time: 16:00 h, changing time: 18:24 h.
How could this be possible ?? Does somebody manipulated the video and entered there and made a break of 25 minutes and after this continues or could this be technical related bug ???
Please help me. Thank you very much. |

I don't suppose there's a possibility you had it set for 30 fps (NTSC) and your camera actually produces 25 fps (PAL)? 1h59m = 119 minutes, and 119 * (30/25) = 2h23m. |
