Ok, I am working with H264 file in a MOV container with 640x480 pixel dimensions.
The PC is a quad core i7 950 running at 4.14GHz with a ADAT SSD with 24GB of DDR3 1600 and a Geforece GTX275.

Here is the issue.
When I am seeking using the mouse, the seeking motion is smooth back and forth.
But, when using the keys on the keyboard to seek left and right, the seeking is choppy.

What gives?
