I check the "Show Status Window" and the start a script. But then the VirtualDub starts without showing the status window and the menu entry is unchecked!
Is there a way to force VirtualDub to show the status window also while running a script without explicitly setting it via the view menu after I started the script?
Thank you very much

Nope, sorry, not at the moment. The script commands that initiate save operations automatically disable the status window.
What are you trying to do, exactly? |

I'm developing a little application, that 1) creates a virtualdub script 2) opens a new process and calls virtualdub to run that script.
I would like to run virutaldub as a minimized window, but be able to configure virtualdub from outside to show the status window. This could be a registry setting or a command in the script.
Thank's for the clear answer in the replay and the interest in my suggestion.

I'm also trying to do this. Are there any new developments since 2007? |
