Save As, nothing happens any more

Hi !
My problem might be due to something new in my computer but may be you could help me.
Everything was working well until today !
I intended to remove one of the two audio tracks of an avi and of course I have choosen Direct Stream Copy for video. But Save As did not have any effect !!
I tried to make the exact copy of the avi : same problem.
Full Processing mode gave the same result.

5 minutes later : I apologize !
"Don't run this job now" was On !!
