i updated from a very old version of virtualdubmod to the newest and at first i liked it a lot, but when i tried my second encoding i got this errormsg:
Avisynth open failure
Avisynth: script open failed!
now i get this everytime i try to open an .avs file
i tried reinstalling virtualdub and avisynth, but it didn´t help
no virtualdub version on my pc can open avs files anymore, i always get this msg
any ideas?

Check if there are any .avs files in your AviSynth plugin dir
