I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but I can see my 2 PSs on the same net, 2 copies of VirtualDubMod are running, using Update both are visible, but remote rendering doesn't work for me.
Win2000 on Master and WinXP on Slave, same problem reversing M/S.

You must have the same codecs avalible and the video sources must be able to be located via the same path for best results. So you could either coppy the video files to the c:\ drive of both PCs or some such. Or you could share the directory containing the video files on the network and map that share to the same drive on each PC. Like drive Z:. That way you can always get to the video by going to drive Z: no matter what PC you are on.

No way, even with the same file at the same location, on Master i can see:

PC1 Slave
PC2 Localhost (Master)

but on PC1 I see:

PC1 Localhost (Slave)
PC2 Not connected

Any help please ?

I had this problem at first. Start up the Slaves first and the Master last.
It sometimes seems very picky of the order that m/s are started up

--------------------
Use the Matroska file format
