Dear developers! Don't like mouse, but for Play and stop there is only buttons. It can be better (I think), if for Play Input Video, Play Output Video and Stop Playback will be available shortcuts like C, Z, X in Edit menu. Or, for Example, 'C' will Play and Stop playback.
P.S. If it's not good, can anybody help me compile VirtualDub with those Shortcuts, please? |

F5 will start a kind of pseudo-processing, then ESC gets rid of the pop-up info. It's not really the same as pushing the Play button, though.
Are you actually able to compile VirtualDub? (You need Visual C++ with all the latest service packs.) If you can get it to compile, then I can probably tell you which parts of the code to change.

Sorry, I don't have Visual C++. I try to open VirtualDub in Resource Editor, but it's compressed. And maybe there is too hard to add new items in menu. Sorry, can you compile it?
P.S. I think maybe it'll be helpful for another people, not only for me.
