i'd like to write a simple vbasic (dont laugh) script which changes the entry for the capture-filename to today's date, e.g. "capture 2003-02-08". how can i do so? is there a registry entry for vdub? or does vdub save the string in a .ini file?

The capture file can be found under:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Freeware\VirtualDub\Capture
in a value called "Capture File"
