the new super-moderator here on this Unoffical Vdub support forums !!
You know, its not easy to get appointed, but its even harder to get rid of the responsibility once you accept it  !!
I wish him all the best in his new role for the community here and i also hope we all will have a lot of fun together !

I am late with this, but i do it :
Guys, welcome 2 new mods here on this baord :
Ciler
and
ProfDrMorph !!
Seems like the board is fully under European control, maybe time to hire a US/Canadian boy to support them  !!
Ciler is coming from France and created the French Vdub Guide thats posted there. As he is a good mod he promised to advertise the baord in all the French forums he is hanging around .... hope to get plenty of Newbie from 'La Grande Nation' soon !
ProfDrMorph is German and ops on the unofficial Vdub IRC channel on irc.openprojects.net , channel #virtualdub and was offering to help out here.
Welcome folks, looking forward to the cooperation with you here !

And again we are welcoming a new team member :
Spire contributed some bugfixes to Vdub 1.4.10 and the idea was born to start a development forum. He offered to help moderating there, and who else but a coder that knows about Vdub could be the ideal mod for such a place ?
Spire, if you feel like you could help out on any other place too, drop me a PM ....

Hehehehehehe. What would Doom9 say!!!!!!  I would be honored, but. Lately my time is getting eaten up. 4 hours a day is not a hard thing to use up responding as things are now. I fear my non-forum life is evaporating.  So far it looks like you have a good crew and things are well in hand. So at this time I am not sure if it would be prudent. Nothing to do with Doom9 of course. I am just not sure how much time I could devote to the task right now. I will of course stay a regular. And if you get in a bind give me a shout. But for now it looks as if all the bases are covered. |

I made peace with Doom9 long ago. The only reason i dont delete the thread about him deleting the link to here was that i dont want to be deleting his reply in the same thread. I should maybe ask him for allowance to do so and delete the whole thread anyway.
The only thing that hinders me from returning to Doom9 Forum is the fact that i am still pissed about the way soem of his mods jumped on me, questioning my goals for creation of this forum here. I am pretty sure i wont return to this place as long as these people are still mods there.

Thanks ... i will come back to you once things should get out of our hands. For now, there can be no doubt, we have a great team here doing a wonderful job ... and Avery is much better in helping with the Newbies than i originally thought ... lol !!
